City of Manchester Stadium
ShowMed was recognised as a major player in the provision of large concert medical management and was brought in by the promoter to oversee the whole medical project for the concerts series in 2005, 2006, and 2007. The club have an excellent model for event planning in place for normal sporting events and ShowMed supplemented this with front of house barrier staffing and overall management. In 2008, MCFC required ShowMed to oversee the Ricky Hatton title bout with 60,000 crowd and Bon Jovi and Foo Fighters concerts.

Wembley Arena
ShowMed became the contracted medical provider for this 11500 capacity city venue in 2006. Since then they have provided staffing for in excess of 400 events with key performers such as Madonna, Kylie Minogue and George Michael who all provided fans with multiple night concerts – an added challenge for medical providers.

Forest Tours
ShowMed has worked with our client since 2004 and has year on year grown with the client as the Tour has become more successful. Now covering five venues across 9 weekends across the country from Sherwood to Bedgebury, ShowMed has supplied medical cover for fans of Madness through to Katherine Jenkins. An eclectic mix of event goers requiring differing medical and customer service needs.

Lancashire County Cricket Club
ShowMed has been pleased to work with LCCC since 2001. Providing cover and consultancy for all sporting, concerts and other key events on site, ShowMed is now seen as an integral element in the safety processes at the ground. Lancashire County Cricket Club with the assistance of the management team at ShowMed became one of the first sports grounds nationwide to gain a deviation from the Green Guide and employ private medical contractors for every sporting event without NHS Ambulance Service presence.
