Major Concerts
Since 2000 ShowMed has been a major player in the provision in excellent healthcare at major music events. Working in partnership with SJM Productions, ShowMed have provided medical infrastructure on greenfield sites for a variety of artists from Oasis at Heaton Park in 2009 catering for 75,000 people daily to Muse at The National Bowl in 2023 for 50,000 people. ShowMed also provides medical support yearly for Sounds of the City held at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl, which has hosted artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Bastille and Kylie Minogue.

 

CBS Arena, Coventry
Since March 2014, ShowMed have provided medical support and infrastructures to this large arena complex. This includes music concerts, corporate and sports events including all Coventry City Football Club games. Recent concerts that we have covered here include Harry Styles which saw an attendance of 70,000 people over two nights. With a capacity of 32,000, the CBS Arena is truly a large fixture.

 

Newbury Racecourse
ShowMed have been the medical provider for this 23,000-capacity racecourse since 2017. We have provided medical support for both horse races and concerts held here during this time. Some of the more recent concerts that we have covered at Newbury Racecourse include Olly Murs, Craig David and Tom Jones.

  

TV and Filming

ShowMed enjoy regular TV and Filming work from a variety of broadcasters, from the BBC, ITV and Nickelodeon. Since 2010 we have been providing our services to the crew and cast of shows including: Swashbuckle, In the Flesh, The House of Anubis, Dragons Den, Mastermind, Good Cop and Sam and Marks Big Friday Wind Up. We have also provided staff to a variety of commercials including DFS and Injurylawyers4U.
